La Noria Golf Resort is situated on a 9 hole golf course in La Cala De Mijas with the apartments being just a short walk from the main bars and restaurants.
The apartment is siutated on the 1st floor, No. 47, and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fitted kitchen/utility room and a spacious living/dining room with patio doors to the large terrace overlooking the mountains to the north.
The accommodation has air conditioning/heating in all rooms and a video intercom for access.There are also lifts throughout the apartment complex.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of wardrobe and draw space with en-suite facilities of a bath/shower, basin, toilet and bidet. There is also access to the terrace through patio doors.
The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds and also has plenty of wardrobe and draw space.
The main bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin.
The kitchen consists of washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, mircowave, touch button hob, electric oven/grill, kettle, toaster, cutlery, tea towels and the other typical utensils. There is also a safe fitted to store your valuables.
The living area has corner wicker seats, sideboard and TV and digital satelitte (English channels ie. ITV, BBC1, BBC2, Channel 4 etc). The dining area has an extendable table with 6 chairs.
You will also find this apartment attractively decorated and the grounds of the resort very well looked after.
The 9 hole golf course at La Noria Golf:
Opened in December 2003. A very tricky and unusual test, with plenty of hazards and accuracy rather than power being the requirement. It has 4 pars 4's, 1 par 5 and 4 par 3,s. This tight gem is a very popular informal set up based on 'pay & play'.
