Apartment 2-2 is on the 2nd Floor, No. 2, and 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen and a large spacious living/dining room with patio doors leading to the balcony; which overlooks the swimming pool and beautiful gardens. A lift is also available.
The master bedroom consists of a double bed with plenty of wardrobe and draw space. There is a ceiling fan above the bed and a safe for storing valuables.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Again, it is equipped with ample storage space for clothing and has a ceiling fan.
Bathroom 1 has a large walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin.

The kitchen consists of washing machine, fridge, microwave, 4 hobs, electric oven/grill, kettle, toaster, cutlery, tea towels and all the usual kitchen utensils.
The living area has a leather 3 peice suite, nest of tables, sideboard and bookcase. The TV has teletext and digital satelitte (English channels ie. ITV, BBC1, BBC2, Channel 4, etc). The dining area has an extendable table with 6 chairs.
You will find the apartment tastefully decorated throughout and the complex well maintained.
